1. Product Description
All colours shown in the photographs on the website may differ slightly from the actual colour of the item as colour displays may vary.
2. Price
All price quoted are in Singapore Dollar.
3. Payment Methods
Bank transfer payment can be made to my account either online (via Internet Banking Fund Transfer options) or at any ATM with Fund Transfer options. The account number will be sent along with the email confirmation of your order. Your order will be delivered only upon the receipt of payment. If payment is not made within 3 working days after having received the email confirmation, the order will be cancelled automatically. This method of payment is only applicable for local orders. Only payments made in Singapore Dollars will be accepted. Please ensure your payment is inclusive of mail charges (if you opt for registered mail).
4. Standard mail (local orders)
This service is provided by Singpost and is free-of-charge for local orders. Your order will be mailed only after payment is received. Please note that I cannot be held responsible in the event that Singpost loses your mail. If you would like to opt for a more secure delivery of your order, you may want to consider using registered mail.
5. Registered mail (local orders)
I strongly recommend you to opt for this. You can ensure your order will be delivered to your hand. This service will cost you an additional S$2.20.
6. Cancellation of orders
Submitted email orders are final. Orders will be automatically cancelled in the event that payment is not made within 3 working days after having received email confirmation of the order.
7. Exchanges / Refunds
All goods sold are non-refundable/exchangable. All goods will be checked for defects before mailing out. Closet4Angel will not be liable for goods damaged or lost in post.
Postage charges are not refundable.
8. Indemnity
Parts are made from a variety of fabric. We will not be held responsible if you have allergic reaction to any of the frabric material.
9. Special Requests
If you would like your jewellery to be in a different colour, or size, then please send me your requests and I will try my very best to do it for you.
10. Disclaimer
Closet4Angel reserves the right not to accept any order, current or advance, without need to explain reason to the intended buyer.
